The Martin OM-42 features East Indian rosewood back and sides topped with sitka spruce that's totally decked out with abalone pearl, making it a real gem amongst some of the finest instruments from C. F. Martin. It comes with classic Style 45 snowflakes inlays etched across the entire ebony fingerboard and is paired with a modified V-neck for great playability.
If you want the comfort and character of Martin's orchestra body style with unrivaled elegance and top-notch appointments, you will certainly adore this build. Compared to the classic OM-28, the OM-42 is a notch above in tone as all Style 42 guitars get a higher grade of wood and ornamentation.
